Postponement of THE-ICE 14th IPoE Forum 2020 

In view of the current COVID-19 global impact and travel restrictions, THE-ICE has made the difficult decision to postpone THE-ICE 14^th IPoE Forum 2020, which was to be hosted by the University of Derby in October. Although postponed, THE-ICE is delighted to confirm that the THE-ICE 14th IPoE Forum will still be proudly hosted by the University of Derby, and is anticipated to be held during the week of 25th October 2021. The Forum theme will remain ‘Securing Our Future – Exploring Sustainability in & of Tourism and Hospitality Education’.

Furthermore, in place of THE-ICE IPoE Forum, THE-ICE is organising ‘THE-ICE VIPoE 2020’ (Virtual IPoE) with the theme ‘Exploring the Post-pandemic ‘New Normal’ of TH&E Education and Quality Assurance’. THE-ICE VIPoE 2020 will provide an opportunity for THE-ICE network to come together, network, and support one another during these exceptional times.
