Mary’s Meals provides a simple solution to world hunger by providing a nutritious daily meal in a place of education.
THE-ICE sponsorship
THE-ICE sponsorship provides a daily meal for each of the 161 students enrolled at Fefeh Town Public School, Liberia, helping to relieve hunger, promote education, and break the poverty cycle.
The average cost of feeding a child for a whole school year is just AUD 36.00. Mary’s Meals feeds more than 3 million children every school day, in 16 different countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Schools that receive Mary’s Meals support report a significant rise in rates of enrolment, attendance and academic performance.

About Mary’s Meals
Founded in Scotland in 2002 and united by a shared vision of providing a daily meal in a place of education to every child who needs it, Mary’s Meals is a global movement that sets up school feeding programmes in communities where poverty and hunger prevent children from gaining an education.
Mary’s Meals is determined to keep their promise of a nutritious daily meal in school to those children already enrolled in their school feeding programme and, as funds allow, reach out to the next hungry child.
Mary’s Meals is also committed to keeping running costs low, with at least 93% of donations being spent on their charitable activities.
