THE-ICE welcomes first accredited member from France

THE-ICE is delighted to welcome its first accredited member from France, Institut Paul Bocuse, as the newest Accredited C2Q Member of THE-ICE network. The addition of Institut Paul Bocuse, which has been part of THE-ICE global network as an Observer of THE-ICE since 2019, sees THE-ICE membership grow to include 46 members, of which 25 are accredited institutions, in 21 countries.

Since 1990, Institut Paul Bocuse has developed a unique higher education, research and continuing education ecosystem, and trains more than 1,200 students each year, representing 60 nationalities studying on 10 international campuses. From undergraduate through to doctoral level, students benefit from an innovative teaching approach that aims to equip them for the challenges of tomorrow, and to pass on a passion and contemporary vision of the hospitality, food service, and culinary arts industry as well as the basics of these demanding professions.
