At the Annual General Meeting that took place during the proceedings of the 12th THE-ICE IPoE Forum 2018, new Directors were elected to the Board of Directors:

• Ms Gienke Osinga, Breda University of Applied Sciences, The Netherlands.
• Dr Scott Richardson, Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, United Arab Emirates.
• Assistant Professor Maria Cecilia Tio Cuison, University of Santo Tomas, the Philippines.

Professor Perry Hobson, Ms Christina Aquino, Dr John Fong, and Mr John Daly were also re-elected to the Board of Directors.

In addition, Dr Paul Whitelaw was elected as Chair of the Board following the retirement of Professor (FH) Mag Eva Werner; Mr John Daly was elected as Deputy Chair; and Mr Anthony Mitri was elected as Treasurer of THE-ICE Board. Ms Christina Aquino maintains her position as Company Secretary.
