Wanasom Resort is a tranquil retreat nestled within the Mae Fah Luang University campus. Located approximately 2 kilometres uphill from the main university grounds, the resort offers a serene environment surrounded by lush greenery, forest and a lake, making it an ideal setting for relaxation. The resort features 60 guest rooms equipped with modern amenities, including refrigerators and private bathrooms with bathtubs and hairdryers. Guests can enjoy on-site spa services and a swimming pool set amidst picturesque surroundings. Room rates range between 1,400 and 2,100 THB per night (43 – 65 USD)

During THE-ICE IPoE Forum 2025, a shuttle bus service will be provided between Wanasom and the conference venue, with a travel time of approximately 10 minutes each way.

The Phufa Waree Chiangrai Resort is located near the entrance gate of Mae Fah Luang University, approximately 3 kilometres from the conference venue. The resort is situated on the main road connecting Chiang Rai city to Mae Sai, a major border crossing between Thailand and Myanmar. It is also close to a local food market, various local restaurants, and Tid Doi Tid Din – a boutique café and restaurant popular with international travellers.
