On behalf of Professor (FH) Eva Werner, Chair of THE-ICE, it is our pleasure to announce that THE-ICE are holding an International Accreditation workshop, hosted in Manila at the Bayleaf Intramuros Hotel. The workshop theme ‘THE-ICE International Accreditation for a Global Market Workshop’ will address international accreditation and benchmarking issues and values within tourism, hospitality, events and culinary arts education (TH&E), with the following subthemes being
