An example of connection: Dubai College of Tourism
One example of how institutions connect across THE-ICE global network is through the sharing of programmes and initiatives with peers.
Dubai College of Tourism (DCT), a Committed to Quality (C2Q) Accredited Member of THE-ICE, engaged with the network by co-hosting a webinar with THE-ICE, where it presented its culinary apprenticeship pathway in Dubai.
The session provided DCT with an opportunity to outline the structure of the apprenticeship model and respond to questions from peer institutions relating to programme delivery, industry engagement, and student eligibility. This exchange supported global knowledge sharing and contributed to broader awareness of applied learning pathways within the network.
